Have you chosen a property?

Operated by SEBINVEST s.r.o., Company ID 17067481, Prague. We are not a bank or cooperative; your contract is with a housing cooperative.

Who owns the property and when

The whole journey to owning your home on one timeline.

It’s good to know in advance: the cooperative owns the property until transfer. You are a member and live in your own home.

  1. At the start

    The cooperative buys the property

You become a cooperative member and move in.

    Owner: cooperative
  2. Ongoing

You live there and make payments

An agreed amount each month. You use the property as your own.

    Owner: cooperative
  3. Later

    Transfer to you

You refinance with your mortgage or pay off the balance. The property transfers into your ownership.

    Owner: you

How it works

  1. You

Three questions and your contact details

No documents or piles of paperwork.

  2. BEZHYPA.CZ

    We’ll call and explain

We’ll discuss which property you want and affordable monthly payments.

  3. Housing cooperative

    Contract and purchase

The cooperative buys the property, and you become a member.

We send contracts in advance for review. You can show them to someone you trust.

After the first call

What you will know

No pressure or signatures. The first call is just to see whether it makes sense for you.

  1. Whether cooperative housing is an option for you. If not, we’ll tell you directly.
  2. Roughly how much you’d pay monthly for the property you want.
  3. When and how the property is transferred to you.
  4. Which contracts you’ll sign. You receive them in advance.

When another option is better

  • You can get a mortgage on standard terms. That is usually a better option.
  • You don’t have a regular income to cover monthly payments.
  • You want to be the owner from day one.

Frequently asked questions

What people most often need help with

Will the property really be mine one day?

Yes. After a certain period, you can refinance it with your own mortgage—we can help with that too—or pay it off and transfer it into your personal ownership.

What guarantees do I have that I won’t lose the apartment?

The contract guarantees transfer into your ownership. All contracts are sent in advance for review.

How much will I pay each month?

It depends on the property price and agreed terms. We calculate the exact amount by phone for your chosen property.

Do I pay for the initial consultation?

No. Assessing your situation is free and non-binding.

Start with one question.

We’ll work out the rest by phone. Nothing to sign or pay.
