We appreciate your trust in providing us with your data. This page explains how we handle it.

Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is SEBINVEST s.r.o., IČO (Czech business ID) 17067481, with its registered office at Jana Masaryka 708/12, Vinohrady (Praha 2), 120 00 Praha, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 364816/MSPH (referred to below as “we”). What data we process

Only the data you provide in the form:

  • name
  • phone number
  • email address (if provided)
  • the type of situation you need help with (e.g. financing, housing without a mortgage)
  • whether you are a business owner or a private individual
  • a description of your situation (if provided)

Please do not include your personal identification number, bank account numbers or health data in the description. We do not need this information at this stage.

Why we process your data

To contact you and discuss the situation you wrote to us about. Processing is necessary to respond to your request to be contacted, namely to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sharing data with other parties

We do not sell your data to anyone. We will share it with a partner who may be able to help only with your explicit consent, which we will request during a phone call. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Our providers operating the website and email services may also process the data for technical purposes. If any are based outside the EU, the transfer is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies and visitor measurement

We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. Form data (name, phone number, email and message) are never shared with analytics or advertising tools, not even in hashed form. How long we retain your data

For as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, but no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless we begin working together. We will then delete the data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • obtain information about the data we hold about you and a copy of it,
  • request correction of inaccurate data,
  • request deletion of your data,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability),
  • withdraw your consent to sharing data with a partner at any time.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

Is completing the form mandatory?

No, it is voluntary. However, we cannot contact you without your name and phone number.

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling.
